Our people

Every child has a 'Key Worker' who maintains a detailed record of development and learning. The legal requirement is that half of the staff in a Nursery must hold a formal childcare qualification. Our nurseries exceed this requirement, and are owned and managed by a fully qualified teacher with twenty five years professional experience.

Each member of staff has been carefully selected for their genuine love of children. Regular staff meetings are held to ensure all of our people are kept up-to-date. All staff undergo rigorous screening by the Police, CRB (Ofsted) and Social Services.

There is a professional appraisal system in operation to ensure staff development. We have an excellent record of in-service training and staff development through professional training.
