Forest transport trip

Cubs took a trip to the forest. The children really enjoyed the journey to the forest in the buggies before they got to the forest. We also saw some dogs on our way to the forest who came and said hello and they were really friendly and happy.

As we got into the forest, there was a lovely train track for the children for them to explore. The children took it in turns to ride the train tracks and they also enjoyed looking at the ducks and counting how many they can see. The children explored the different colours they can see on the train tracks and the team spoke about how the train moved and the noises it makes. We also had ice blocks with cars stuck in them and explored the texture and the way in which they can get them out of the ice.
