The Ponies went on a trip to the forest to collect leaves and sticks to design some leaf mobiles. The children collected lots of leaves from trees and from the floor and took them back to nursery. When they arrived back at nursery the children used string to thread through the leaves. They explored hand eye-coordination as they thread string through the leaves to create the mobiles. The children excitedly hung the string from sticks and looked at their mobiles which were hung up.
