The Ponies have been looking at bathe lifecycle of a butterfly as our monthly topic Lifecycles. They looked at the caterpillars in nursery, and learnt about different phases of the butterfly life cycle, and the enjoyed The Very Hungry Caterpillar story. Alongside the story, the Ponies taste tested each fruit that the caterpillar ate and spoke about how we feel full or hungry, and enjoyed waiting for recognisable parts of the story counting and reading along.
