Lions enjoyed making pizza's for the whole nursery on Monday for National Pizza day, they made their own bread base first cooked them on the hot plate and once they had called they added their toppings.
Making pizza with babies and toddlers is a highly effective, sensory-rich activity that covers all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, particularly Physical Development (fine motor skills), Personal, Social and Emotional Development (independence), and Understanding the World (sensory exploration of food).
