Conker picking
Cubs went on a expedition to find some conkers when they went for a walk in the local forest. The children really enjoyed watching the leaves fall from the tree and watching the squirrels running along the floor.
Once the conkers were washed and dried they then did some conker printing.
Natural resources encourages the children to observe closely and use all their senses outside as well as inside.
