Beach Playdough
The butterflies have been talking a lot about their holidays and visits to the beach lately, so we decided to set up a beach-themed playdough station. The butterflies used a variety of natural resources and animal toys to create their own beach scene with the playdough. They incorporated leaves as seaweed, shells, and sand to explore different textures. We also made some of the playdough using sand to enhance the texture-based experiences. The butterflies loved creating their own beach themed playdough and loved showing them off as they were making them.
