Earth Day

The children were learning about Earth Day, this week. They spoke about recycling and about different animals that are becoming extinct. They went on and created Earth and had a recycling tray with a dustcart and another tray was based on dinosaurs and other animals. 

Earth Day (April 22nd) in EYFS focuses on fostering awe and wonder for nature while teaching simple sustainability habits like recycling, reducing waste, and caring for plants/animals.
