This week in preschool, we have been supporting the children in developing their independence, as well as learning about personal boundaries, privacy, and body safety in an age-appropriate way.
As part of this, we watched the ‘NSPCC Pantosaurus (Talk PANTS)’ video and talked about the importance of keeping our bodies private, understanding body boundaries, and knowing that they can always speak to a trusted adult if they have any worries.
Afterwards, the children enjoyed a mindful colouring session while listening to the Pantosaurus song, giving them time to reflect on the messages in a calm and engaging way.
