Baking with Esther

Our lovely teacher Esther prompted a baking activity this week. She collected all the ingredients and offered the choice for those who like to join. First we washed our hands (Germs free) and got stuck in, talking about the ingredients we use and weighing them out using scales and encouraging the independence. We formed a batter and next extended it by observing the doughnut maker and how the appliance is used and the safety precautions (Caution HOT!) We had quite a few observers who were fascinated how this machine makes us such delicious doughnuts. We then ate them for dessert for lunch time and they was delicious! Thankyou Esther.
