Arctic and Antarctic animals

This week in baby room we have started learning about the new topic ‘animals from around the world’. This week in baby room we looked at the different arctic and Antarctic animals , we also made a tuff tray based on the Antarctic animals by using some of the shiny foil paper , jelly baff , to resemble snow and an igloo for the little polar bear. We also added some real ice to make it seem a little bit realistic and so the babies had the opportunity to explore the different textures in the tray. The babies had lots of fun getting messy and enjoyed playing with the ice and the animals.
