The Ponies worked together to make a bird feeder for the garden. The children worked collaboratively to upcycle a carton and prepare it to become a bird feeder. Once they had constructed the bird feeder the children added bird food. Out in the garden they waited patiently and watched for birds to come and try the food. The children watched with their eyes and using binoculars. As the children saw the birds they identified them using books and a bird chart.
