Thanksgiving!

To celebrate Thanksgiving preschool looked at what the special holiday is and why it is celebrated. We the took turns to create our own thank you cards and wrote what it is we are thankful for! The children used their mark making skills to write their special messages on the cards for their parents.

To continue with our Thanksgiving activities we decided to get creative and make our own Turkeys, as we had learnt this is the traditional food which people eat at the Thanksgiving holiday. We used playdough for our turkeys body, and used googly eyes with feathers to make our creation! Amazing learning and focus preschool!
