Pumpkin Patch
This week for Halloween we set up a pumpkin patch in the garden. The children excitedly explored the patch using wheelbarrows, baskets and buckets to fill with hay and explore different sizes and types of pumpkins. The children explored different weights as they lifted different sized pumpkins to transport by hand or using wheelbarrows.
Lots of children have visited pumpkin patches over the last few weeks and they talked about their experiences.
