Grasshoppers' big adventure!
Today, the Grasshoppers went on an exciting trip to Loughton!
They began their day by helping Chelsea sort through some spare clothes we had at nursery. The children worked together to put the clothes into bags, which was a lovely way for them to contribute. Afterwards, we headed to the bus stop and hopped on the 20 bus to Loughton. At our destination, we visited a charity shop where we donated the clothes. The shopkeeper was very appreciative and explained to the children how the money from sold clothes helps those in need.
After our hard work, we made our way to Costa on the high road for a well-deserved babyccino and a morning snack! Once we had enjoyed our refreshments, we walked back to the bus stop and caught the bus home to Buckhurst Hill.
