Fruit Planting
This week the Ladybirds and Butterflies children had lots of fun planting tomato and raspberry plants! The children eagerly began tending their tiny garden, working with steady, practiced movements. With great care, and adult support, the children removed the plants from their containers, and placing them into the prepared spots. The children pressed the soil snugly around each stem, making sure every plant was well supported. The children then lightly watered the area, letting the moisture seep down into the soil. We can't wat to watch them grow!
