The children enjoyed their weekly French class 'Lingotots' where they were learning their numbers in French by counting the ducks and also singing some of their favourite nursery rhymes in French too with lots of different instruments.
Babies and young children in the EYFS naturally acquire an additional language through immersive, playful daily routines. Immersive stories with repetitive language, visual props, and physical actions help young brains grasp and retain new vocabulary.
