Ball Run fun

This week the children had fun extending their physical skills and hand eye co ordination by creating a ball run with a target. The aim of the activity was to roll and navigate the ball into the hole so it can drop into the basket. Each child selected their favourite colour ball and identified the colours before rolling into the dip of the paper and aiming for the goal. The toddlers extended this activity on their own by changing the difficulty, when rolling became a bit easy they tried to throw the ball into the hole instead, this further Challenged their skills and they were all extremely proud when they managed to score! The children showed a fantastic ability to cheer each other on and turn take, allowing each child to have a go and experience the challenge.
Toddlers you showed an excellent level of perseverance, kindness and turn taking whilst extending the activity using your critical thinking skills, you should all be very proud of yourselves- well done 👏😆
