Autumn Walk (2)

This week in preschool, we have been learning all about autumn! We headed out to the park for a lovely autumn walk, where the children had their very own paper bags and went on a little treasure hunt to see what they could find.

The children had lots of fun searching for colourful leaves, conkers and acorns to collect and take back with them. They enjoyed exploring the park, looking at all the different autumn colours and discovering the changes happening around them.

It was lovely to see the children getting stuck in, sharing their finds with their friends and talking about all the things they had discovered along the way. Our autumn walk was a great way to get outdoors, explore nature and learn through hands-on experiences.

We’ll be using some of our autumn treasures for more fun activities back in preschool, including exploring different textures, creating autumn crafts and getting creative with our natural finds.
