Edible Sensory Exploration
This week the Ducklings and Goslings enjoyed an array of edible play experiences to link to the curriculum topic materials to explore using their senses.
The babies thoroughly enjoyed exploring the different textures using their hands and tasting the different edible items.
The activities included blended cereals, lettuce, basil and parsley. The children explored with awe as they picked up the different items. The babies loved shredding the lettuce, smelling and tasting the basil and parsley and the feeling of the sandy texture.
