Exploring shapes and colours!
Today the Ladybirds had a wonderful time exploring shapes, colours and light during today's exciting activity! Using magnetic shapes and a light board, the children discovered how colours can look different when placed on the glowing light compared to when they are on the table. There was lots of curiosity, excitement and little moments of discovery as the children experimented with the different shapes and colours! The children enjoyed naming and recognising familiar shapes and colours, creating their own structures and experimenting with different patterns. The children excitedly shared their ideas, building houses, rockets and towers! It was lovely to see our Ladybirds working alongside their friends, practising turn-taking, sharing resources and helping one another identify what they could see.
