First Aid Day 

👩‍⚕️ PRESCHOOL BECAME LITTLE DOCTORS! 🩺
For First Aid Day, the children in Preschool had lots of fun exploring what it is like to be a doctor! 👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️ They enjoyed using a range of pretend medical resources, including dolls, pretend Calpol, syringes and cold compresses.
The children carefully looked after the dolls, checking on them and making sure they were feeling better. They used the spoon to give the babies some pretend Calpol and explored how the different resources could be used when caring for someone who is unwell. 🥄🧸

It was lovely to see the children becoming so involved in their imaginative play. They showed kindness, care and empathy as they comforted the dolls and talked about how they could help someone who was poorly or hurt.

Through this fun experience, the children had the opportunity to develop their communication, imaginative play and social skills, while also becoming more familiar with the idea of first aid and caring for others.

We were so proud to see our little doctors being so gentle, caring and thoughtful! 🥰👏🩺👩‍⚕️ Well done, Preschool! 🌟
