The children in horses have been exploring sand art. The children had a discussion about what sand art is and was shown some examples. They were provided with different coloured sand, a bottle and a funnel. They careful poured sand of their choice into the bottle to start creating their sand art. The children thought about and discussed the different patterns they would be able to make, carefully thinking about the colours and the amount of sand they was using.
