The Ponies used the sock puppets they designed last week to put on their own puppet shows. The children used their imaginations to create stories and story liens for their puppet characters. The children were able to both re-tell familiar stories as well as adapting them to make their own stories and characters. The children showed an understanding of the structure of a story and started the puppet show with once upon a time and ended with the end. The children also used the language of feelings to discuss the feelings of their puppet characters throughout. The children sat and listened to each pairs puppet show. Well done Ponies!
