Role play (3)

The children in Lions enjoyed role play, pretending to go to the shop to buy different food items. They spoke about the different food items they had and what they liked to eat.

Food role play for toddlers supports EYFS goals by developing language, fine motor skills, and social interaction through imaginative kitchen, café, or shopping scenarios. Using props like toy food, real pots, and utensils promotes sensory exploration, healthy eating, and understanding of daily routines.
