Lions made pancakes for the whole nursery that were dairy free and egg free.
For their snack their were able to choose lots of different fruits to go with their pancakes, there were raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Which allowed the children to choose what they wanted to add to their pancakes.
Making pancakes with children in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting is an excellent, sensory-rich activity that covers all seven areas of the curriculum. It promotes independence, develops fine motor skills through mixing and pouring, and introduces mathematical concepts like measuring and counting.
