Cascade Fun

Cascade Fun

This week, the toddlers explored their love of vehicles and water play while developing a range of important skills. During our trip to the big garden, they investigated different vehicles using cascades and buckets, strengthening their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination as they poured, pushed, and guided the cars. The children tested speed and depth, building early problem-solving skills and an understanding of cause and effect as they discovered which vehicles were the fastest and which made the biggest splash when landing in the water. Throughout the experience, they used sounds, gestures, and emerging language to share their excitement, while also developing social skills such as turn-taking, cooperation, and confidence as they encouraged one another to join in.
