The babies gained another exciting sensory experience as they explored the foam soap. We decided to create a pocket of foam by squirting it between two sheets of cling film so that the babies could explore it without getting too messy. They squashed, squeezed pushed and poked the film and found it very funny when it started to escape the sides. The babies watched in awe as the pink and blue coloured foam was mixed together and started to change colour, this activity also gave us a great opportunity to promote and encourage standing amongst the babies.
