This week, the children enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Curve Gardens, located near Dalston Junction Station. We took a short walk there to explore their beautiful autumnal displays and to see the many pumpkins on show!
It was lovely to see the children’s faces light up with excitement as they spotted the different pumpkins laid out around the gardens. There were so many opportunities for rich language and conversation as we walked through — the children loved describing what they saw. “It has so many eyes!” one child exclaimed, while another said, “There’s just so many!”
We couldn’t believe how many pumpkins there were — we even lost count trying to count them all!
It was a fantastic day out, full of curiosity, laughter, and learning. Everyone had a wonderful time exploring together
