As a little Easter activity this week in preschool we made our own Easter egg paintings. To do this the children drew round an oval object to create the shape of the egg and then used their motor skills to cut it out. After this the children added different colour paints to foil and using a paintbrush mixed them together, creating lighter, darker and new colours. Using the water spray we sprayed the foil a few times to cause a separation between the paint and foil. The children then placed the egg over it and pressed down causing the paint to transfer over to the card. The children then peeled their eggs off to reveal their eggcelent pictures!
Preschool you showed so much creativity and focus with your painting, use of materials and colour blending and your artwork is amazing, you should all be so proud.
