This week, our toddlers had a fun and tasty sensory experience making their very own dairy-free banana ice cream! Using child-safe knives, they practiced their fine motor skills by carefully chopping bananas. Next, we added oat milk and blended everything into a smooth mixture. The excitement grew as we placed our blend into the freezer and waited patiently. Once it was frozen, the children loved scooping the creamy treat into cones. To top it off, we added some fresh blueberries and strawberries, making it not only delicious but also a healthy and refreshing addition to our afternoon tea.
