Little Hands, Big Fun!

The preschoolers enjoyed taking part in a fun and engaging group activity using photographs. Some children used scissors with adult support, while others were able to use them independently, helping to develop their physical skills, hand-eye coordination and control.

They looked closely at the photographs and talked about the different facial features they could see, encouraging communication, observation and self-awareness. The children then used glue sticks to place the pieces back onto card, using their problem-solving skills to work out where each part belonged.

This activity provided a wonderful opportunity to support the children’s fine motor development, coordination and concentration, while also encouraging early thinking skills, discussion and creativity. The preschoolers showed great enthusiasm throughout and were proud of their finished work. Well done preschool for your learning this week!
