Save the Animals!
This week in the toddler room, the children have shown a wonderful interest in animals. They particularly enjoyed reading the story Duck Gets Stuck, which inspired some fun, hands-on learning.
Following the story, the children took part in a sensory activity where they helped rescue animals that had become stuck in sticky mud. They explored the gooey, messy textures with great curiosity and enthusiasm, using their imaginations to role-play and care for the animals.
After rescuing them, the children carefully washed the muddy animals using sponges and brushes, developing their fine motor skills while learning about caring for others.
It has been a fantastic week full of creativity, exploration, and kindness!
