In the baby room we have been continuing to focus on our sense of sight. This week we explored colour and chose the vibrant colour yellow, creating a whole interest room based around this theme.
The babies were able to explore a variety of yellow items in ways of their own choosing. We provided different types of toys and resources including blocks, building resources, transport toys, soft play equipment, and peekaboo play using chiffon scarves.
This allowed the babies to experience the colour through play while developing their curiosity, visual awareness, and exploration skills in a bright and engaging environment.
