Talk Money Week! This week, the children in Butterflies have been learning about the importance and the value of money and how we use money in real life. During circle time, the children discussed where they use money outside of the nursery and the children named real life supermarkets. To expand on this, we created our own shop and the children thrived in this role play experience. The Butterflies used items from around the nursery that they could sue to buy and sell to the other children. The children took turns using the till and passing the items back and forth in the baskets. Well done Butterflies.
