Today we are doing large-scale painting on a shower curtain to support children’s emotional well-being during Children’s Mental Health Week. This activity gives children the freedom to explore paint using big movements, helping them express feelings in a fun and relaxed way. Through this experience, children will enjoy choosing and mixing colours, making marks with their hands and brushes, using their bodies to create large movements, and sharing space and resources with friends, building confidence, communication, and a sense of happiness and belonging.
