Today the blaze class have been busy creating gingerbread cheesecakes. They began by crushing ginger biscuits using various tools. Then, we added some melted butter to form the base. After mixing the biscuits and butter together, the children scooped the mixture into their individual cupcake cases. Once these had set, we moved on to preparing the cheesecake filling, combining the wet ingredients and adding some ginger seasoning as well. We’re looking forward to tasting our delicious cheesecakes later on!
