Queen Retreat - World Mental Health Day

Today, the Blaze class enjoyed a wonderful spa afternoon experience. We began by making our own natural face masks using avocado and yoghurt. Once the mixture was perfectly mashed and blended, our relaxing spa session began.

Beth treated us to soothing face masks, while Tracy gave refreshing foot massages using lemons, baby oil, and bath bombs. To complete the calming atmosphere, we all listened to gentle spa music in the background.

Some of us even returned the favour by giving Beth and Tracy their own face masks at the end. It was a lovely, peaceful afternoon that left everyone feeling refreshed and pampered!
