This week, the Blaze class conducted an experiment with red cabbage. To begin, we cut the red cabbage into small pieces and examined the inside. We then placed some of the cabbage into a few pots. In one pot, we added plain water; in another pot, we added vinegar; and in the third pot, we included baking soda.
Over the following days, we closely monitored the pots, observing how the water began to change colour.
On Wednesday, we conducted our final observations of the pots. We noted the following results:
It was a fascinating experiment, demonstrating how different acid levels affected the colour of the water.
