Today, all the children in the nursery came together to celebrate Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year.
The children in the preschool room learned about this special celebration by watching a short clip and listening to traditional Rosh Hashana songs on the Touch and Tilt table. They enjoyed exploring the celebration in an engaging and interactive way.
The children in the baby room also joined in the celebrations by taking part in a fun apple printing activity, exploring colours and textures while creating their own artwork.
The children from the preschool and toddler rooms then came together to share some delicious apples and honey, a traditional symbol of wishing for a sweet and happy New Year.
It was a lovely opportunity for all the children to learn about, celebrate and enjoy this special occasion together.
