Today the Ponies made their own Lemonade to have at our VE Day Tea Party. They carefully cut the lemons and juiced them, mixing sugar and boiled water to create a simple syrup, picked and cut mint leaves and strawberries to garnish the lemonade. They served and enjoyed heir lovely chilled lemonade at our tea party today.
